To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of use, washing, odors, stains, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted for return.

Items damaged during delivery;

Items without original tags or packaging;
Personalized or customized items;
Gift cards;
Final sale or clearance items, when clearly marked as final sale;
Items returned after the 30-day return period;
Items returned without prior approval from our support team.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, such as a defective item, damaged item, or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference, such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping fees, when charged, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
